About the Space

Our indoor/outdoor luxury home is ideal for intimate elevated gatherings, social distancing and is professionally cleaned after every group. You get private access to the main entertaining outdoor space that has 4 functions: Grill & dining area, deck seating for 10 with gas firepit, lounge area….

Free street parking, Metered street parking, Nearby parking lot. Public transportation is accessible. 
All furniture pictured that is still available for use and included in your rental. Custom setups which require extensive setup and breakdown will incur additional fees.

List price is the starting rate for up to 10 people (see rate calculator). We reserve the right to quote custom rates based on the intended use of the space and demand of the date (e.g. Fri & Sat nights, holiday seasons, wedding receptions etc), as well as rentals spanning both daytime and evening time frames.

11-20 people        –              $300/hour

21-40 people        –              $400/hour

M-Th:               9AM-4PM:       Regular pricing
M-Th:               4:30PM-8PM:   +$50/hour
Fri, Sat, Sun:     9AM-4PM:       +$50/hour
Fri & Sat          4:30PM-10PM: +$100/hour

GENERAL RULES These host rules have been put in place for your safety as well as ours. We truly appreciate your cooperation!

Please note that adhering to these rules is a requirement of the terms and conditions of our booking agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate any event if a group refuses to follow these general rules without refund. The violation of these general rules may result in additional cost to you.

We ask that you download these rules and share with your guests including your caterers, employees and all other attendees.

Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have professional cleaners that sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Where you’ll be

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking

All Bookings are subject to our Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

About the Space

Our indoor/outdoor luxury home is ideal for intimate elevated gatherings, social distancing and is professionally cleaned after every group. You get private access to the main entertaining outdoor space that has 4 functions:

– Grill & dining area
– Deck seating for 10 with gas fire-pit
– Lounge area with wood fire-pit 
– Turf area with bench seating

Indoor you will find a luxurious open living-space which includes a conversation area by the fireplace, cozy living-room area that seats up to 8 guests, dining area for 6-10 guests and a fully stocked kitchen. 

There’s a luxurious powder room off of the living-room for your use. 

We can arrange the venue in a variety of configurations. 

To ensure a flawless experience we greet every client at the start of their booking and may have a manager available during your event.
